Cornbread Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. Mexican cornbread mix
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1 large bunch green onion, chopped (use tops)
    1 can whole kernel corn, drained
    1 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Mix cornbread mix according to package directions and bake. Cool (better if made several hours or night before using). Crumble and add green pepper, onions, corn and mayonnaise; mix well.
