Pineapple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1 large crushed pineapple
2 eggs
1/4 c. coconut
1 (3 oz.) cream cheese (room temperature)
2 tsp. baking soda
1/3 c. chopped pecans
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Mix as given; pour into 9 x 13 pan.
