Saucy Louisiana Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 strips bacon, diced
    1 green pepper, cut in chunks
    2 half boneless chicken breasts, skinned and cubed
    1 can Cajun-style stewed tomatoes
    2 tsp. cornstarch
    1/8 hot pepper sauce
    1 small can mushrooms or can green beans, cut
Preparation
    In a large skillet cook bacon until crisp.
    Add green peppers and chicken.
    Cook 5 minutes until chicken is cooked.
    Blend tomatoes, cornstarch and cayenne.
    Add to skillet.
    Cook, stirring constantly, until thickened; add green beans or mushrooms or both and heat through.
    Serve over rice.
