Texas Hash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 green pepper, diced
    1 can tomatoes
    1 tsp. salt
    2 large onions, diced
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 Tbsp. fat
    1/2 c. rice
    1 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Combine ground beef, onions and green pepper and brown in hot fat.
    Add tomatoes, rice and seasonings.
    Turn into covered casserole and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
