Turnip Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium turnips
    3 Tbsp. melted margarine
    3/4 c. cubed ham
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 can Cheddar cheese soup
    1/2 c. crushed cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Peel and dice turnips.
    Cook in salt water.
    Drain and put in 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
    Brown ham in margarine.
    Add flour, salt and pepper.
    Add milk gradually while stirring ham mixture. Cook until thickened.
    Stir in soup.
    Pour sauce over turnips and top with crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until bubbly (about 15 to 20 minutes).
