Fruitcake Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. unsifted flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 (28 oz.) jar None Such mincemeat
    1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand condensed milk
    2 c. mixed candied fruit
    1 c. coarsely chopped nuts
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 300\u00b0.
    Grease 10 x 15 inch jelly roll pan. Combine flour and baking soda; set aside.
    In large bowl, combine remaining ingredients; blend in dry ingredients.
    Pour batter into prepared pan.
    Spread batter evenly.
    Bake 40 to 45 minutes.
    Cool. Makes about 4 dozen bars.
