Mashed Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    mashed potatoes
    1 to 1 1/2 c. grated cheese
    1 can French fried onion rings
Preparation
    Prepare recipe for Bisquick drop biscuits.
    Add Cheddar cheese to taste.
    Dip ice cream scoop (drop in pan).
    Let rise 7 to 10 minutes; very important. Cook 7 to 10 minutes at 400\u00b0. Brush with melted butter mixed with garlic powder and parsley.
