Ham-Egg Brunch - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 layer bread (without crusts)
ham slices or ground ham
cheese slices (American or Cheddar)
6 to 8 eggs
3 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
2 c. crushed cornflakes
1/2 c. melted margarine
Preparation
-
Mix eggs, milk, salt and dry mustard.
Pour mixture over bread, ham and cheese.
Cover.
Let set overnight in refrigerator.
In the morning, cover with crushed cornflakes and melted margarine.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
