Shrimp Or Surami Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. (30 to 40 count) shrimp, cleaned, cooked, minced or 1/2 lb. surami, chopped fine (set aside)
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 to 1 tsp. curry powder
    2 tsp. grated onion
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. sherry
    1/2 c. very fine coconut
Preparation
    Place all ingredients, except shrimp or surami, in small mixer bowl.
    Mix very well.
    Then add shrimp or surami and mix well again.
    Cover and chill several hours or overnight.
