Calypso Coleslaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. shredded cabbage
1/2 c. sliced green onion
1 c. cubed American or Cheddar cheese
1/4 c. sliced ripe olives
1 can (12 oz.) Mexi-corn, drained
1 c. mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. mustard
1/2 tsp. celery seed
2 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation

In large bowl combine cabbage, onions, cheese, olives and corn. Combine mayonnaise, sugar, mustard, celery seed and vinegar.
Mix well, pour over cabbage mixture and toss to coat.
Chill for several hours or overnight.
Makes 10 to 12 servings.
