Strawberry Short Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. whipping cream
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 c. cold milk
1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1 c. sliced fresh strawberries

Preparation

Buy or make crust.
Whip the cream and sugar until soft peaks form; set aside.
Pour milk into mixing bowl.
Add pudding and beat with rotary beater until well blended, about 1 minute. Immediately fold whipped cream and strawberries into pudding. Pour in pie shell.
Chill until firm.
If desired, garnish with whole strawberries.
