Lamb Chops With Sun-Dried Tomatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 lamb chops (2 per person)
    4 Tbsp. softened butter
    2 sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    salt and pepper to taste
    sprigs of fresh parsley (for garnish)
Preparation
    In a food processor, cream butter with tomatoes and pepper. Refrigerate.
    Season lamb chops and broil, turning once, about 8 minutes.
    They should be slightly pink inside.
    Top with 1 tablespoon of butter and a sprig of parsley.
