Pineapple Bar Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. melted margarine
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. baking soda
pinch of salt
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 small can crushed pineapple, well drained
Preparation

In mixing bowl, put melted margarine.
Add sugar and well beaten eggs.
Sift dry ingredients which pecans have been added to.
Add pineapple to creamed mixture, then the dry ingredients. Pour into greased 13 x 9-inch pan.
Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 30 to 40 minutes.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar when cool.
Freezes good!
