Poppy Seed Bread(Cake) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 pkg. instant \"toasted\" coconut pudding mix
1/8 c. poppy seed
4 eggs
1/2 c. oil
1 c. hot water

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Mix all ingredients well.
Pour into 1 greased and floured loaf pan or 3 small ones.
Bake approximately 45 minutes, until springs back when lightly touched.
Freezes well.
