Cheese Cake Sandwiches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. crescent rolls
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 egg, separated
Preparation
    Grease 9 x 13-inch cake pan.
    Place one package of rolls in cake pan.
    Combine
    cream
    cheese,
    sugar,
    vanilla
    and egg yolk. Cream until smooth.
    Spread in pan.
    Place other pack of rolls on top of cheese mixture.
    Beat
    egg
    white
    and brush on top of rolls.
    Bake at 350\u00b0
    (325\u00b0
    for glass pan) until golden brown.
