Greater Tater Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bag frozen chopped potatoes (hash browns), thawed
    1 can cream of potato soup
    1 c. sour cream
    1 onion, chopped
    1 small green pepper, chopped
    1 c. cubed ham, turkey or roast beef (you may use all three)
    1 stick butter
    1 c. each: grated Mozzarella and Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Mix together and pour into casserole dish.
    Melt butter and pour over top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Remove from oven and spread on cheeses.
    Bake for 30 minutes more or until cheese is brown.
