English Moussaka - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. mince
    1 small tin tomato puree
    garlic
    salt and pepper
    1 lb. potatoes or more as desired
    1 packet cheese sauce mix
    1 piece cheese for grating
    1 sliced tomato
Preparation
    Fry mince and remove excess fat.
    Remove from heat.
    Add tomato puree, garlic to taste, salt and pepper.
    Place in casserole dish and keep warm.
    Thinly slice potatoes and fry until brown.
    Place on top of meat and season.
    Prepare cheese sauce (thicken a little if rather thin) and pour on top of potatoes. Sprinkle grated cheese on top and arrange sliced tomato.
    Bake in moderate oven just about centre, until golden brown, about 30 minutes.
    Serve with salad or green vegetables.
    Serves 4.
