Chicken And Dumplings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 chicken breasts
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. milk
    pepper
    2 Tbsp. Crisco (solid)
    1/2 to 3/4 c. milk
    3 cubes chicken bouillon
    1 stick butter
    salt
    2 c. sifted flour
    1 egg
    4 Tbsp. cornstarch
Preparation
    Cook chicken and cube. Add bouillon, soup, butter, salt and pepper. Blend flour and Crisco with a fork. Add egg; mix well. Add milk. Drop by teaspoonful into boiling stock when all the dough is in stockpot. Cover; turn stock off and let set 10 minutes. Thicken stock with cornstarch and small amount of water. Pour into stock before adding dumplings.
