Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. diced potatoes, cooked but not done
1/2 c. melted butter
1 c. sour cream
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. American cheese
1/2 diced onion
1 tsp. salt
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 c. Pepperidge Farm stuffing
1/2 c. melted butter or margarine
Preparation

Toss first 8 ingredients together.
Put in baking dish. Mix Pepperidge Farm stuffing
with
melted butter.
Put on top for 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
