Yeast Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. yeast
2 1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. sugar
2 c. Crisco (cream shortening)
6 eggs
3 c. mashed potatoes
5 2/3 c. warm water
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together. Add plain flour, a little at a time, until dough is stiff. Refrigerate overnight. Cut into rolls and let rise. Cook at 350\u00b0 until done.
