Italian Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. rump roast
    2 Tbsp. sweet basil
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1 to 2 bay leaves
    1 1/2 Tbsp. oregano powder
    1 tsp. crushed red pepper
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. water
    6 to 8 garlic buds
Preparation
    Heat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Combine all ingredients in Dutch oven and roast, covered, for 3 to 4 hours.
    Baste frequently until cooked through.
