Chinese Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. chicken
    4 Tbsp. soy sauce
    3/4 c. ketchup
    3/4 c. water
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1 onion, diced
    dash of garlic salt
    dash of seasoning salt
Preparation
    Place chicken in baking pan. Mix the rest of the ingredients and pour over chicken. Bake uncovered for 1 1/2 hours at 350\u00b0. Baste occasionally.
