Curried Pumpkin Mushroom Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 Tbsp. curry
    3 c. chicken stock
    1 lb. pumpkin
    1 Tbsp. honey
    pinch of fresh nutmeg
Preparation
    Saute mushrooms and onion in butter until onions are soft.
    Add flour and curry.
    Cook for 5 minutes.
    Remove from heat.
    Add chicken stock and continue stirring.
    Stir in pumpkin and honey. Serve with white sauce or milk, stirred in.
    Sprinkle with pinch of grated nutmeg.
