Caesar Salad Dressing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 clove garlic, halved
6 to 8 anchovy fillets, halved
1/4 c. olive oil
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
1 egg yolk
1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Blend well.
Toss with 1 cup croutons and 2 heads Romaine lettuce.
