Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large can sauerkraut, drained and rinsed
1 c. celery
1 large pepper
1 large onion
1 jar pimento, drained
3/4 c. vinegar
1/2 c. oil
1 1/2 to 2 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. celery seed
Preparation

Drain and rinse sauerkraut and cut fine with scissors.
Cut celery, pepper, onion and pimento fine. Mix together the vinegar, oil, sugar and celery seed.
Pour over other ingredients.
Let set about 1/2 day and stir occasionally.
