Squash Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. cooked, drained yellow squash
    3 c. sugar
    6 eggs
    1 c. milk
    1 small bottle lemon extract (2 oz.)
    1 c. self-rising flour
    1 stick margarine
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients well.
    Pour into a unbaked pie shell. Bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 45 minutes.
