Barbara Bush'S Zucchini Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. unpeeled zucchini
    2 Tbsp. onion
    1 clove garlic, minced
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 3/4 c. chicken broth or 3 cubes
    1 tsp. curry powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. cream
Preparation
    Chop zucchini, onion and garlic.
    Put in pan, cooking 10 to 20 minutes. Stir until brown. Blend all ingredients in blender.
    Add cream.
    Serve hot with croutons or cold with chives. Serves 8.
