Sugarless Apple Crisp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium or 6 small peeled, sliced apples
    unsweetened apple juice
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar substitute
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 c. uncooked oats (quick or old fashioned)
    2 Tbsp. chopped walnuts
    1 Tbsp. vegetable margarine
Preparation
    Combine apples, apple juice, 1 tablespoon brown sugar substitute, lemon juice and spices.
    Toss lightly to coat apples. Layer apples on bottom of 8-inch square glass baking dish.
    Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Combine oats, nuts and second tablespoon of brown sugar substitute.
    Add margarine and stir well.
    Sprinkle over apples.
    Bake about 30 minutes or until apples are tender and the topping is lightly browned.
    Serve warm or chilled.
    Makes 4 servings.
