Stuffed Bell Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large peppers, cut in half lengthwise
    1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
    1 large onion, minced
    1 can creamed corn
    1 can tomato soup
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Drop cut peppers in salted boiling water; bring to boil for 5 minutes. Drain and let cool. Brown ground beef and onion in skillet. Add creamed corn and tomato soup; salt to taste. Simmer 30 minutes. Spoon ground beef mixture into bell peppers. Place in large baking dish. Add water to cover bottom of pan. Bake 1 hour at 325\u00b0.
