Tacos De Crema - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 onion, chopped fine
    1 clove garlic
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. oregano
    1 lb. hamburger (optional)
    1 1/2 c. tomato puree
    6 corn tortillas
    1/2 c. oil
    1/2 lb. Jack cheese, cut in small strips
    6 canned chile peppers
    1 pt. sour cream
Preparation
    Brown onion and garlic in 2 tablespoons oil.
    Add puree, salt and oregano; cover and simmer 30 minutes.
