Fing'S Lemon Squares - cooking recipe

2 c. flour
pinch of salt
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 c. real butter
2 lemons, juice and rind
4 eggs, slightly beaten
2 c. sugar
Preparation

Preheat oven to 335\u00b0. Sift together flour, salt and powdered sugar. Cut in real butter like pie crust. Pour into greased and floured pan, 9 x 16-inch or 2 (8 x 8-inch). Pat down lightly; watch corners. Bake 25 to 30 minutes. The sides will be golden brown. Cool for 10 minutes.
