Meat Loaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 beaten eggs
3/4 c. milk
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1/4 c. chopped onion
2 Tbsp. parsley
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ground sage
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. catsup
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation

In bowl, combine eggs and milk.
Stir in bread crumbs, onion, parsley, salt, sage and pepper.
Add ground beef.
Thoroughly mix meat and seasoning.
Spoon meat mixture into a loaf pan.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 50 minutes.
