Brown Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. long grain rice
1 can beef bouillon
1/2 stick margarine or butter
2 Tbsp. onion, chopped
1 Tbsp. green pepper, chopped
1 small can mushrooms
Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a covered casserole dish. Place in the oven; cook for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
Makes 6 servings.
