Brown Derbies(Low-Fat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. lean ground beef
    1/2 c. Egg Beaters
    2 c. chicken broth
    1/2 tsp. mustard
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. liquid smoke
    3 Tbsp. Lea & Perrins steak sauce
Preparation
    Mix as a meat loaf, adding broth last.
    Make patties (1/2 cup size).
    Brown patties in dry skillet and drain.
