Squash Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 c. sliced squash
    4 c. sliced onion
    2 green peppers, chopped
    2 red peppers, chopped
    1/2 c. salt
    ice water
    3 c. vinegar
    3 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. mustard seed
    2 Tbsp. celery seed
Preparation
    Combine vegetables; sprinkle with salt and allow to stand in ice water for 3 hours.
    Drain.
    Mix vinegar, sugar, mustard seed and celery seed.
    Bring to a boil; boil for 1 minute.
    Pack in jars and seal.
