Lemon Lush - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 cup crushed nuts
2 cups flour
1 cup oleo or butter
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 cup confectioners sugar
Cool Whip
2 small pkgs. or 1 large pkg. lemon or chocolate instant pudding
3 cups milk
Preparation

Crumble nuts, flour, and oleo or butter together and press in a 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350\u00b0
for 20 minutes. Cool. Beat cream cheese, confectioners sugar, and 1 cup Cool Whip together. Spread on baked layer. Combine pudding mix and milk. Beat well. Put on top of cream cheese layer. Spread Cool Whip on top and sprinkle with nuts. Refrigerate overnight. Serves 15.
