Butter Cream Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 lb. unsifted confectioners sugar
    2 Tbsp. (about) milk
    1 egg or 2 egg yolks
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cream butter and salt; gradually add part of the sugar, blending well after each addition.
    Stir in egg and vanilla.
    Add remaining sugar alternately with milk.
    Serve on your favorite cake.
