Good Ole Cole Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. cabbage, red and white
    1 small onion, minced
    1/4 c. low-fat sour cream
    2 tsp. Dijon mustard
    salt and pepper
    1 large carrot, grated
    3/4 c. low-fat mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    large pinch of sugar
    2 Tbsp. caraway seed
Preparation
    Shred the cabbage using a sharp knife or the slicing blade of a food processor or grater.
    Put into a bowl with the carrot and onion.
    In a smaller bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, vinegar, mustard, sugar, salt and pepper to taste.
    Add to the vegetables and mix well.
    Let sit in the refrigerator at least 1 hour; just before serving, add caraway seed.
    Serves 4 to 6.
