Chicken Marinade - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 cut up chicken
1 envelope Good Seasons Italian salad dressing mix
1/2 c. water
1 envelope Shake 'n Bake coating mix for chicken (original flavor)

Preparation

Arrange chicken, skin side down, in nonmetal bowl.
Stir salad dressing mix into water and pour over chicken.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Shake excess marinade from chicken, then coat as directed on package.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes, or until tender.
