Pear Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small pkg. lemon or lime gelatin
    1 large (29 oz.) can pears in juice
    1 (3 oz. size) pkg. cream cheese
    1/2 pt. whipping cream
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin in boiling pear juice (1 1/2 cups liquid). Add water to pear juice if you do not have enough juice.
    Let stand until syrupy.
    Beat cream cheese and pears together until well blended (use blender).
    Whip the cream.
    Add pears and cheese to gelatin mixture.
    Fold in whipped cream.
    Pour into mold or oblong glass pan.
    Refrigerate several hours before serving.
