Corn Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans cream-style corn
    1 c. Minute rice (uncooked)
    2 eggs (beaten)
    1 stick oleo
    1 small onion
    1 small bell pepper
    1 small jar chipped pimento (drained)
Preparation
    Saute
    chopped\tonion and bell pepper in stick of oleo. Mix and bake 40 minutes at about 350\u00b0 and after taking out of oven, top with grated cheese.
