Fried Apples(Servings: 6) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    4 apples, peeled and sliced
    1/2 c. water
    1 c. sugar
    1 dash cinnamon
Preparation
    Melt 1 tablespoon of butter or margarine in skillet and add sliced apples with peelings on to 3/4 cup of water.
    Cover and cook until apples are tender.
    Add sugar and sprinkle with cinnamon. Cook until sugar is dissolved thoroughly.
    Cooking time is about 20 minutes.
    Be sure and use a slow fire.
