Healthy Heart Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sifted self-rising flour
    1/4 c. cooking oil
    skim milk or buttermilk
    pinch of soda
Preparation
    Mix flour and oil.
    Add milk, enough to make a soft dough.
    I pour this into a 6 x 6-inch baking dish sprayed with Pam.
    You can pour a little melted oleo over. Spread evenly. Bake at 400\u00b0 until brown. You can also drop by spoonful in pan. Wet spoon with milk and mash flat.
