Neiman-Marcus Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. German chocolate cake mix *
    2 eggs
    1 stick melted butter
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    2 eggs
    1 (8 oz.) softened cream cheese
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 box powdered sugar
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease 9 x 13-inch cake pan.
    Mix cake mix, eggs, butter and nuts.
    Pat into 9 x 13-inch greased cake pan.
    Mix eggs, cream cheese, vanilla and powdered sugar.
    Pour over chocolate mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes only.
