Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. cooked rice
2 c. cubed chicken
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. almonds
2 Tbsp. minced onion
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped celery
3/4 c. mayonnaise (not salad dressing)
chopped pimento (as desired)
Preparation

Combine all ingredients in casserole; sprinkle with Rice Krispies.
Suggest that the sliced almonds be toasted before adding to the casserole.
Can be made ahead of time.
Keeps in refrigerator overnight or several days in freezer.
Cook at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
