Johnny Mazotte - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. chopped green peppers
    1 c. chopped celery
    2 c. chopped onions
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 lb. ground pork
    1 c. butter or margarine
    2 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. chopped stuffed olives
    1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can tomato soup
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 lb. broad noodles
    2 c. grated American cheese
Preparation
    Saute peppers, celery, onions and ground meat and pork in butter; season, then reduce heat.
    Cook for 5 minutes.
    Drain. Add olives, mushrooms, soup and sauce; cook 5 minutes longer. Cook noodles according to package instructions; drain.
    Gently add noodles to meat mixture.
    Place into small or one large casserole dish.
    Top with cheese and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
