Artichoke Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can artichokes, rinsed well
    1 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients.
    Put in a baking dish and bake at 325\u00b0 for 25 minutes, until light brown and bubbling.
    Serve with Ritz type crackers.
