Corn Moussaka - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (17 oz.) can corn, drained
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 1/2 c. cream style cottage cheese with chives, drained (or can add 1 Tbsp. dried chives to regular cottage cheese before draining)
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 c. (1/4 lb.) shredded Mozzarella cheese
    slivered almonds (optional)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0. Use a 2 1/2-quart casserole or 10 x 6 x 2-inch pan. Brown hamburger. Add flour and cook additional minute. Add tomato sauce, garlic salt and cinnamon. Layer in dish: corn, then hamburger mixture. Bake for 15 minutes. Meanwhile, drain cottage cheese and combine with the eggs and Mozzarella cheese. Spread over the cooked hamburger layer. Top with Parmesan cheese and slivered almonds. Bake 15 minutes more or until top is browned. Let set for 10 to 15 minutes before serving.
