Cottage Cheese Mold - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon Jell-O
1 can crushed pineapple
1 (16 oz.) carton cottage cheese
1/2 pt. whipping cream
Preparation

Make Jell-O according to instructions of package.
When set, whip Jell-O.
Add cottage cheese and pineapple.
Whip cream and fold into mixture.
Place in mold.
Top with maraschino cherries.
