Doc'S Burgers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. ground beef
1 egg
2 1/2 to 3 Tbsp. Worcestershire
1/2 to 3/4 c. bread crumbs
salt and pepper
Preparation

Combine ground beef, egg, Worcestershire, salt and pepper. Mix well with hands, gradually adding bread crumbs.
Form into patties.
